We guarantee every item sold to be as described. We have 2 return policies as written below: 

1. Regular Return
2. Not as Described Return
Regular Return policy
- If the item(s) proved to be as described we refund the actual paid price [minus, shipping and handling costs, insurance fees, payment service provider fees such as Pay Pal, Bill Point, etc (if applicable), custom duty or tax (if applicable), and Ebay's listing and commission fees (if applicable)].

- Under regular policy, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days after receiving date.

 - To ensure the fairness and satisfaction guarantees, there will be no penalty and restocking fees for the returned items that proved to be as described.

- All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sold.
Not as Described Return policy
- If the item(s) proved to be not as described, we refund the actual paid price [minus shipping & handling costs and insurance fees).

- Under Not as Described Return policy, the item(s) can be returned within 90 days after receiving date.
***For our items listed and sold on Artigua.com, the item(s) can be returned within 1 year, after receiving date. Artigua.com site requires all the members to comply with the same standard of the return policy rule.

- To ensure the fairness and satisfaction guarantees, there will be no penalty and restocking fees for the returned items that proved to be not as described.

- Refunds will be granted only by any claims which are supported by written statements from the following sources below:

1. Christie's or Sotheby's Asian Art specialists
2. A curator of Asian arts from major museums
3. A recognized test such as Thermo luminescence from a recognized laboratory

- All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sold.
